Excellent customer service!! I have been to Felice three times for styling and every time customer service was consistently great. The receptionist was welcoming and offered me something to drink with a warm hand towel.Stylists were always friendly and professional. The salon is always aesthetic and clean and the owner cares for his customers. I would recommend Sara and Martin.
Today I very much enjoyed my birthday spa day at your salon. This has become a tradition for me and I have enjoyed the spa every time. I have told my friends about your spa and the excellent way I have been treated by your esthetician, the cleanliness of your facilities and the staff’s welcome.
I always arrive early (work training) and don’t mind waiting for my appointed time, gives me a chance to look around and watch the staff with their clients.

I was visiting the area on the weekend and happend to walk by your salon while I was doing some shopping. I popped in I had never heard of Aveda before and just wanted to let you know not only is your establishment beautiful but i was given such a nice service.
Your salon seemed very busy getting ready for Christmas but your receptionist and your merchandiser made a point of answering all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable. I felt a little silly not knowing what Aveda was but upon leaving one of the girls gave me a flyer of your services and the other invited me back.
