Today I very much enjoyed my birthday spa day at your salon. This has become a tradition for me and I have enjoyed the spa every time. I have told my friends about your spa and the excellent way I have been treated by your esthetician, the cleanliness of your facilities and the staff’s welcome.
I always arrive early (work training) and don’t mind waiting for my appointed time, gives me a chance to look around and watch the staff with their clients.

I have been coming to Salon Felice for 15 – 20 years. I totally trust Angie with my hair style and Maria’s facials are like a taste of heaven. I have sent family and friends to Salon Felice over the years. My teenage daughters both had their updo’s done here, they looked so classy and natural looking, and stayed in place throughout the celebration. The service at Salon Felice is golden, from the moment I walk in, a nice warm cloth for your hands, a lovely cup of tea sets the tone and I always leave feeling like a million bucks.

I was visiting the area on the weekend and happend to walk by your salon while I was doing some shopping. I popped in I had never heard of Aveda before and just wanted to let you know not only is your establishment beautiful but i was given such a nice service.
Your salon seemed very busy getting ready for Christmas but your receptionist and your merchandiser made a point of answering all my questions and seemed very knowledgeable. I felt a little silly not knowing what Aveda was but upon leaving one of the girls gave me a flyer of your services and the other invited me back. So after viewing your website this evening I thought you should know I’m glad I popped in and will be sure to visit in the new year when I have more time. I hope you will pass this onto your staff.

It's always scary moving to a new city and finding a new hairdresser. I really liked my friends cut and colour so I asked where she went. She said she went to Martin at Felice so I called and tried to get in with him. Unfortunately he was booked up and our scheduels didn't align for that week. As a result I instead booked with Dani. the receptionist when I booked was very accommodating, reassuring and understanding. As a result I liked the place right away. Reception is the first point of contact so it's incredibly important that they make you feel accommodated, and they absolutely did. When I turned up to the appointment I was offered tea and coffee and accepted the coffee. I was offput a bit by the dirty water glasses in the waiting area. Not an overly big deal however. When Dani came out to greet me she was Friendly but when I was seated in her chair there was hair from the previous client. I get that it's a hair salon though and that's a byproduct... but you know. I guess overall the place could have been a bit more tidy with the water glasses and the hair. Anyways, Dani did my hair and cut and in the end I loved the outcome. She made recommendations and did what she thought was best (her being the expert). I was so nervous, it being my first time, but the overall outcome was very good. The wash and massage was awesome, the cut was great, and the highlights were amazing. In the end I paid 220 for the cut and full highlights but I have pretty long hair and that's what I usually pay. I didn't find their prices expensive, but standard for quality. I really liked Dani's work. She is very good and knew exactly what I wanted, even though I can be a picky pain in the butt. Dani will definitely be my new stylist in my new home. Thanks! As an extremely cautious perfectionist, I recommend this place.

I'm new to Victoria and Salon Felice had great reviews so I went for my first visit yesterday. The service was excellent. Cut and highlights by Angie and I'm very happy with the outcome. I've already booked my next appointment.

the place is extra clean and fancy, I always go there for hair cut and colour. I always pick Sara for my appointments. She knows how to get the exact results you are looking for.
